APComm Academy 2026
Booking Terms & Conditions

Your booking for the APComm Academy 2026 will be considered final upon receipt of the signed booking confirmation accepting these terms and conditions.

Receipt by the APComm Academy 2026 booking process, for which you will receive a ‘no reply’ acknowledgement, will be considered as full acknowledgement and agreement to these terms and conditions.

The Purchase Order authorising payment for APComm Academy bookings with PCTD must be provided by Friday 16th October 2026. PCTD & APComm reserve the right to cancel your booking if the Purchase Order is not received by close of play on Friday 16th October 2026.

Name changes will be accepted at no cost nor will incur any proportionate fee if the booking remains fundamentally the same.

If YOU decide to cancel your booking or any part of your booking, the following cancellation/refund policy will be applied.

If you notify by close of play FRIDAY 16TH OCTOBER : If payment has already been made, 75% will be refunded and 25% will be retained as an administration charge OR if the Purchase Order had been supplied but payment not taken, 25% of the total due will be recovered as an administration charge.

If YOU cancel on or after close of play FRIDAY 6TH NOVEMBER - there will be no refund (although name changes will still be possible – see above).

Should the event be cancelled for any reason decided by APComm a replacement date would be decided by the Executive Group in collaboration with Belton Wood Hotel and those registered would be notified. They would then be offered the choice to either have their booking applied to the new dates or the option for refund to their original booking.
